Conflict is normal. In fact, conflict is a pathway that helps us grow and change in our lives. When we find ourselves in conflict, internally or with another person, we have choices to make. These choices challenge our comfortable status quo and open up the possibility of learning more about ourselves and others. The insight we gain allows us to let go of old ways of living and embrace transformation.
However, when we loose agency in conflict, we become reactive, defensive, aggressive, and we miss the opportunity to grow and change. Ask yourself,
“How do I want to respond to conflict?”
Asking this question is the beginning of a journey that can be life changing and transformative.

- The group will practice be invited to support each other in the practice of conflict management for growth and transformation.

Work with a group in active conflict
- Meet with a group in conflict to assess the level of conflict. (1-2 sessions)
- Negotiate a plan of mediation that would assist the group to make responsive choices about the conflict they are in.
- Teach practices to help the group manage and heal the damage that has impacted them
