I spent the first half of my career leading church communities to thrive with the tools of community organizing, organization development, conflict management, appreciative inquiry, leadership development and a shared faith practice. I know the complexity of leading people to get an important mission accomplished and I have compassion for our humanity that makes working together so difficult. 

Today, as a consultant, I teach and equip businesses and nonprofits to form or reform their organizations using the same tools that have yielded success. I listen to understand the complexity of your organization and then help you and your team have a ‘watershed moment’ of seeing more clearly through the muddy waters. I share insight and learning about what is impacting the health of your business or nonprofit so that together we can develop practices that will co-create the community you want to be a part of.  I will train the people in your organization so that the practices are able to permeate bone-deep and become part of your culture.
